Amends Mississippi Code Section 43-13-117 to add community mental health center services to the list of services exempt from the mandatory 5% reduction in Medicaid provider reimbursement rates.

Community mental health center services will now receive the same exemption status as inpatient hospital services, outpatient hospital services, nursing facility services, and pharmacy services.

Effective July 1, 2020.

The bill does not change the overall 5% rate reduction requirement; it only exempts this specific service category from that reduction.
