Increases the maximum total mileage for Mississippi's state aid system of roads from 25,857.04 miles to 26,677.04 miles.

Mileage allocation among counties remains divided equally: one-third in equal shares to all counties, one-third based on rural road miles, and one-third based on rural population per the latest federal census.

Maintains the existing provision that counties receiving fewer miles than in fiscal year 1994 shall receive additional miles to equal their 1994 allocation.

State aid routes may extend into municipalities to connect with paved streets or highways for orderly connections with the state and local highway systems.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
