Specifies that the 120-day license suspension for DUI violations begins on the date the judge signs the suspension order, not from any other date.

Applies to first offense DUI convictions under Section 63-11-30(2) and zero tolerance violations for minors under Section 63-11-30(3).

Clarifies the same 120-day period start date applies to nonadjudicated DUI cases when a court orders an interlock-restricted license or drug-testing program.

Adds provisions allowing persons to continue driving on an interlock-restricted license or court-ordered drug-testing program while test refusal administrative suspensions are pending.

Effective July 1, 2020.
