Prohibits managed care organizations and coordinated care programs under Mississippi Medicaid from discriminating against physicians located within the plan's geographic coverage area who are willing to meet participation terms and conditions.

Prevents managed care entities from prohibiting or limiting qualified physicians from participating in the plan if they accept the organization's operating terms, fee schedules, covered expenses, utilization regulations, and quality standards.

Applies to health maintenance organizations, coordinated care organizations, and provider-sponsored health plans paid on a capitated basis by the Division of Medicaid.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020, and amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.
