Amends Section 15-1-13 of the Mississippi Code to require the non-prevailing party in an adverse possession action to pay all court costs and attorney's fees.

Maintains existing adverse possession law: ten years of actual, uninterrupted possession vests full title in the occupant, with exceptions for persons under disability of minority or unsoundness of mind.

Preserves the notice requirement for landowners: property owners can file written notice with the chancery clerk within ten years if a fence or driveway is built without permission to prevent adverse possession claims.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
