Requires the State Board of Health to establish a Nurse-Family Partnership Pilot program in the State Department of Health, in conjunction with the Nurse-Family Partnership National Service Office.

Mandates annual funding of the pilot program through the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) block grant administered by the Mississippi Department of Human Services.

Limits the pilot program to a maximum of 100 families per year who reside in Hinds, Hancock, Forrest, or Lee County.

Program provides evidence-based nurse home visitation services to low-income, first-time pregnant women before the 28th week of gestation who are Medicaid-eligible, with weekly or biweekly visits continuing until the child reaches age two.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
