Authorizes the State Bond Commission to issue up to $300,000 in general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, and restoration of the Rosenwald School in Marshall County, Mississippi.

Creates a special fund designated "2020 Rosenwald School - Marshall County Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds and disburse funds for the project.

Bonds may not be issued after July 1, 2024, and shall mature no later than 25 years from the date of issue with interest rates subject to Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Pledges the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi to guarantee payment of principal and interest, with any deficiency to be paid from the State Treasury from unappropriated funds.

Interest accrued on the special fund and any remaining amounts after project completion shall be applied to pay debt service on the issued bonds.
