Creates the Driver's License Issuance Task Force to review and evaluate the efficiency of Mississippi's driver's license issuance system and recommend improvements.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature by December 1, 2020.

Task force consists of 10 members including chairpersons of relevant House and Senate committees, two members each from the Department of Public Safety, Department of Revenue, and Department of Information Technology Service.

Non-legislative members receive per diem compensation at the rate authorized by Section 25-3-69 and reimbursement for mileage and expenses; legislative members paid from contingent expense funds when Legislature is not in session.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
