Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-65-111 to add a new exemption from state sales tax for sales of precious metals bullion.

Defines "precious metals bullion" as bars, ingots, or commemorative medallions made of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or combinations thereof where value depends on metal content rather than form.

Exemption applies only to the metal content value and does not affect existing tax obligations or assessments accrued before the bill's effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
