Amends Section 25-1-87 of the Mississippi Code to allow the Governor to authorize the Department of Marine Resources to use unmarked vehicles for law enforcement when the Executive Director submits a written request.

Unmarked vehicles may only be used in instances where identifying marks would hinder official investigations, and the Governor must provide written authority to the State Department of Audit documenting the manufacturer's serial number, state inventory number, and justification.

Adds the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to the list of state officials who can request authorization for unmarked vehicles from the Governor.

Updates terminology throughout the statute, replacing "State Tax Commission" with "Department of Revenue" and "Chairman" with "Chair" for gender-neutral language.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
