Amends Section 77-3-703 to subject political purpose calls to both Section 23-15-875 and the Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act provisions.

Adds "urging support or opposition in any form for a political candidate who is running for elective office" as a form of prohibited telephone solicitation under Section 77-3-705(d).

Allows consumers who notify the Public Service Commission of their objection to receiving political calls to have those calls prohibited, bringing political solicitations under the same consumer protections as commercial telemarketing.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
