Deletes the June 30, 2020 repealer on Mississippi Code Section 49-19-115, which requires counties to levy a forest acreage tax on timbered and uncultivatable lands.

Maintains the existing forest acreage tax structure at 9 cents per acre per year on qualifying lands, with exemptions for certain homeowners and lands not subject to taxation as of January 1, 1989.

Allows the forest acreage tax statute to remain permanently in effect rather than expiring on the previously scheduled date.
