Grants a standard five-year renewable teacher license to instructional staff employed by public school districts or state-accredited nonpublic schools for a minimum of 10 years in full-time capacity before the bill's effective date, even if they have not achieved required Praxis exam scores.

Requires teachers granted licenses under this provision to complete all professional development training, continuing education unit courses, and other requirements stipulated by the commission for license renewal going forward.

Applies to teachers and assistant teachers with provisional licenses under the approved program route, nontraditional teaching route, expert citizen license, or nonlicensed teaching personnel categories.

Amends Section 37-3-2 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to establish the new licensure pathway for experienced instructional staff.

Takes effect upon passage.
