Amends the Rural Fire Truck Acquisition Assistance Program to increase the maximum assistance per county from $830,000 to $920,000.

Increases the number of fire trucks counties may receive from 13 to 14 trucks, adding one additional truck at the $90,000 assistance level.

Adjusts funding allocations across all eligibility tiers: counties receiving 0-11 trucks previously can now receive one additional truck at up to $90,000 per truck.

Requires counties to pledge matching funds equal to at least one-tenth of requested assistance over a 10-year period from local sources.

Effective date: July 1, 2020.
