Repeals Section 11-1-66.1, Mississippi Code of 1972, which established the Landowners Protection Act.

Amends Section 85-5-7 to maintain comparative fault provisions in civil actions, making tortfeasor liability several only and proportional to percentage of fault.

Preserves joint and several liability only for defendants who consciously and deliberately pursue a common plan or design to commit a tortious act.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
