Increases annual salaries for Mississippi Supreme Court justices effective January 1, 2021: Chief Justice to $163,770.00, Presiding Justices to $159,478.00 each, and Associate Justices to $156,817.00 each.

Increases annual salaries for Court of Appeals judges effective January 1, 2021: Chief Judge to $152,005.00 and Associate Judges to $149,172.00 each.

Increases annual salaries for chancery and circuit court judges effective January 1, 2021: both positions to $140,080.00 each.

Establishes minimum amounts to be paid from the State General Fund, with the remainder funded through the Judicial System Operation Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
