Requires operators of motor vehicles involved in accidents without serious injury or death on Mississippi highways to move their vehicles to a designated accident investigation site, frontage road, suitable cross-street, or other suitable location if the vehicles can be safely driven.

Defines "can be normally and safely driven" as requiring the operator to be capable of safely operating the vehicle and the vehicle must not require towing and must be operable under its own power without additional damage or hazard.

Defines "serious injury" as an injury requiring an ambulance or other emergency medical transportation to be called to the accident scene.

Establishes violations of this requirement as traffic offenses punishable under Section 63-9-11, effective July 1, 2021.

Directs the Mississippi Department of Transportation to determine locations for and erect signs throughout the state informing the public about this new law.
