Amends Section 67-1-18 of the Mississippi Code to modify procedures for disposing of seized alcoholic beverages, beer, light wine, and raw materials.

Eliminates the requirement for the Department of Revenue to provide notice and a hearing opportunity when the owner or possessor is convicted of selling or possessing alcohol in a prohibited manner or location.

Allows the Department of Revenue to dispose of seized alcohol in its prescribed manner when a conviction occurs under specified provisions (Section 67-1-81(2) or 67-3-70).

Retains existing procedures requiring notice and hearing for other seizure cases, with seized items to be sold to the highest bidder or destroyed if no hearing is requested.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
