Creates the "Mississippi Seafood Label Law" requiring all seafood and seafood products sold in Mississippi to be labeled as domestic wild caught, domestic farm-raised, or imported.

Requires wholesale distributors to label seafood with product name, origin category, processor/distributor name and address, certification number, and country of origin.

Requires retail dealers and restaurants to label or display seafood with product name, origin category, and country of origin in clearly visible, legible format.

Mandates commercial seafood transport vehicles display the word "FISH" in block letters at least four inches tall on rear and sides, except for licensed commercial fishermen transporting their own catch.

Amends existing law to clarify crawfish labeling requirements for restaurants and establishes penalties up to $5,000 for misrepresenting imported seafood as domestic, with potential license suspension for repeated violations; effective July 1, 2020.
