• Authorizes each member of the House of Representatives to employ no more than two (2) personal staff employees who serve at the member's will and pleasure.

• Requires the Management Committee to authorize a specific amount to be expended each state fiscal year for compensation of personal staff for each member.

• Amends House Rule 11A of the 2020-2024 Rules of the House of Representatives to implement these staffing provisions.

• Takes effect immediately upon adoption by the House of Representatives.
