Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-3-103 to revise the definition of "electric assistive mobility device" to change the maximum speed limit from 15 mph to less than 20 mph.

Adds clarifying language that the electric assistive mobility device definition "shall be liberally construed to be as inclusive as may be reasonable."

Revises the definition of "motor scooter" to add clarifying language that it "shall be liberally construed to be as inclusive as may be reasonable."

Corrects a technical reference in the motorcycle definition from "paragraph" to "subsection" when referencing motor scooters.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
