Amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code to add PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) services as a covered Medicaid benefit effective July 1, 2020.

Extends Medicaid coverage to PACE program eligible individuals who are enrolled in a PACE program under a PACE program agreement and meet Medicaid eligibility requirements.

PACE services are provided under 42 USC Section 1396u-4 and include comprehensive, coordinated care for elderly individuals as an alternative to institutional care.

Does not impose additional funding requirements beyond existing Medicaid appropriations and federal matching funds.
