Amends Section 99-1-5 of the Mississippi Code to remove the statute of limitations for prosecuting sexual battery, regardless of the victim's age.

Removes language that previously limited sexual battery prosecutions to certain subsections of the statute, expanding the no-limitations provision to all sexual battery offenses.

Maintains the existing no-limitations provision for other serious offenses including murder, rape, kidnapping, arson, burglary, and various crimes against children.

Becomes effective July 1, 2020.
