Amends Section 73-15-11 of the Mississippi Code to revise notice requirements for special meetings of the Mississippi Board of Nursing.

Changes the method of providing notice for special meetings from being "mailed" to being "provided" by the executive director to all board members.

Removes the requirement that notice be provided "not less than ten (10) days before the meeting is held."

The amendment gives the executive director greater flexibility in how and when special meeting notices are delivered to board members.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
