Commends and congratulates Breeland Speaks, a Kansas City Chiefs defensive end from Mississippi, for winning Super Bowl LIV as a member of the Chiefs.

Recognizes Speaks' athletic achievements including 118 tackles and 26.5 tackles for loss in his senior season at Callaway High School in Jackson, Mississippi.

Documents his college career at the University of Mississippi, including 67 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and seven sacks during his junior year before being selected 46th overall in the 2018 NFL draft.

States it is legislative policy to recognize and commend accomplishments of Mississippi athletes who bring honor to their schools and state.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Breeland Speaks, the University of Mississippi Chancellor, Callaway High School Principal, and Capitol Press Corps.
