Commends Mr. Ken Spears upon his retirement as Constable, Place 2, for Neshoba County, Mississippi after serving five terms since his election in August 1999.

Recognizes his service working with five different sheriffs, including assistance with drug busts, investigations, court bailiff duties, and serving justice court documents.

Acknowledges his 20 years driving a school bus for Neshoba County Schools and over 15 years as head of security for school district events including football games, basketball games, and graduations.

Notes his family includes his wife of 40 years, Lanette, two sons Wesley and Nathan, and his grandson Chase.

Directs copies of the resolution to be furnished to Mr. Spears and the Capitol Press Corps.
