Congratulates Robert Brazile, former Houston Oilers linebacker, for his induction into the 2018 NFL Hall of Fame class in Canton, Ohio on August 4, 2018.

Recognizes Brazile as the fourth Jackson State University player inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame, joining Walter Payton, Lem Barney, and Jackie Slater.

Highlights Brazile's 10-year professional career (1975-1984) with the Houston Oilers, including 48 sacks, 1,281 tackles, 1975 NFL Rookie of the Year, and seven consecutive Pro Bowl selections.

Credits Brazile with revolutionizing the outside linebacker position in 3-4 formation defense, receiving 80% of the vote from the 48-member Selection Committee for Hall of Fame induction.
