Commends the Clinton, Madison County, and Jackson chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Jackson Association and Development Enterprise, Inc. (JADE) for hosting Mississippi Delta Days at the Capitol on February 3-4, 2020.

Declares February 4, 2020, as Mississippi Delta Day at the State Capitol to recognize the sorority's 107-year history and commitment to public service and political advocacy.

Acknowledges Delta Sigma Theta's mission focused on educational development, economic development, international awareness, physical and mental health, and political awareness with primary focus on the Black community.

Notes approximately 125-150 representatives from 34 alumnae and collegiate chapters across Mississippi are expected to participate in workshops and sessions on political, social, and civic involvement.

Recognizes the sorority's three-decade history of Delta Days advocacy programs, with the 2020 theme "The 22 Still Demand: Compassion, Courage and Commitment."
