Commends Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., for its outstanding community service and philanthropy efforts throughout Mississippi and the nation.

Designates February 5, 2020, as "Omega Psi Phi Day" in Mississippi.

Recognizes the fraternity's founding on November 17, 1911, at Howard University and its four founders: Edgar Amos Love, Oscar James Cooper, Frank Coleman, and Dr. Ernest Everett Just.

Highlights the fraternity's 21 graduate chapters and nine undergraduate chapters in Mississippi that volunteered over 3,000 hours and donated thousands of dollars to community projects in 2020.

Acknowledges notable Omega Psi Phi members who made significant contributions to American history, including Dr. Robert C. Weaver (first African-American cabinet secretary), L. Douglas Wilder (first African-American governor), David Satcher (U.S. Surgeon General), and civil rights pioneers involved in desegregation efforts and the March on Washington.
