Creates new House Rule 104.1A requiring the Clerk of the House to publish committee meeting agendas at least 24 hours before standing committee meetings on the Mississippi House website

Requires agendas for non-standing committee meetings to be published at least 1 hour before the scheduled meeting time

Exempts the Rules Committee, Management Committee, joint/subcommittee meetings, and hearings where no bills will be adopted from the agenda publication requirement

Mandates all published agendas include committee name, meeting date and time, short title of each bill to be discussed, and a hyperlink to the full bill text

Prohibits any alterations to published agendas and restricts committee discussion to only bills and issues listed on the published agenda
