Commemorates The Links, Incorporated for their observance of "Mississippi Links Day at the Capitol 2020" and outstanding community service under the program initiative "Transforming Communities - Fulfilling Our Purpose"

Recognizes The Links, Incorporated as an international not-for-profit founded in 1946 with over 15,000 members across 288 chapters in 42 states, the District of Columbia, the Bahamas, and the United Kingdom, including seven active chapters in Mississippi

Notes that The Links, Incorporated contributes over one million documented hours of community service annually and focuses on enriching and ensuring the cultural and economic survival of African Americans and persons of African ancestry

Acknowledges that on February 19, 2020, more than 75 members attended the Capitol event to receive legislative updates and promote advocacy in criminal justice, social justice, political awareness, and voter empowerment

Directs the House to provide copies of the resolution to committee representatives of The Links, Incorporated Mississippi chapters and the Capitol Press Corps
