Recognizes Reynolds' distinguished career as a world-renowned singer, songwriter, musician, producer, and actor, including his work as rhythm guitarist for Waylon Jennings and his songs recorded by major country music artists over three decades in Nashville.

Notes Reynolds' accomplishments as an actor with multiple television and film roles, and his service as president of the Screen Actors Guild for Tennessee and Kentucky.

Acknowledges his personal legacy including his 2006 marriage to Lora Reynolds and their collaborative musical work, as well as his family members surviving him.

Expresses the House of Representatives' deepest sympathy to his family and friends and directs copies of the resolution be furnished to his family and the Capitol Press Corps.
