Acknowledges Manning's college accomplishments at Ole Miss, where he set or tied 45 single-game, season, and career records and won multiple awards including the Maxwell Award and SEC MVP.

Honors Manning's charitable contributions, including raising over $2.5 million to open the Eli Manning Children's Clinic in Mississippi in 2009 and supporting the University of Mississippi Medical Center with nearly $1.3 million through the Manning Family Fund.

Directs the House to send copies of the resolution to Eli Manning, the Chancellor of the University of Mississippi, and the Capitol Press Corps.
