Commends and congratulates Martinas Orlando Rankin, NFL offensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs, for winning Super Bowl LIV, the team's first championship in 50 years.

Recognizes Rankin's football achievements at Mendenhall High School, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (rated ninth-best junior college recruit by 247SPORTS), and Mississippi State University, where he won the Kent Hull Trophy and earned All-SEC honors in 2017.

Notes Rankin was selected 80th overall (third round) in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans and was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs on August 31, 2019, in exchange for running back Carlos Hyde.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Rankin and his family, and to members of the Capitol Press Corps.
