Recognizes Walker's credentials including study at Interlochen Center for the Arts, Royal College of Music London, and Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna, where he was the first conductor to graduate from the top diploma program.

Acknowledges Walker's professional accomplishments as artistic director and conductor of Master Camerata, principal conductor of the Moonlight Symphony Orchestra, and founder of the Virtuoso Philharmonic of Chicago at age 20.

Highlights Walker's performances with major orchestras across Europe and the United States, including the Berlin Sinfonietta, Bratislava Symphony Orchestra, and Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, plus his work as an opera conductor and composer.
