Chinese retaliatory tariffs of 25 percent on soybeans have significantly impacted Mississippi farmers, whose soybean exports to China totaled $109.7 million in 2017, with soybeans representing a $1.1 billion industry in the state.

Identifies additional agricultural products vulnerable to Chinese retaliatory tariffs, including cotton, corn, beef, wheat, sorghum, and tobacco.

Directs the Mississippi House to urge preservation of current trading relationships and creation of new agricultural trade opportunities for Mississippi's economic growth.
