Acknowledges Martin as a hero and public servant who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting others during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Extends deepest sympathy to Martin's family and friends, expressing gratitude for all medical professionals and front-line defenders serving during the crisis.

Directs copies of the resolution be provided to Martin's family and the Capitol Press Corps.
