Amends Section 85-7-251 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit towing companies from charging more for vehicles towed at the direction of a law enforcement officer than they charge regular customers who request towing services directly.

Applies the pricing restriction to all law enforcement tows, including impoundments resulting from alleged violations of Section 63-11-30.

Extends the requirement to make good faith efforts to comply with notification and redemption procedures to vehicles towed at the direction of law enforcement officers, or face loss of towing and storage charges.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
