Amends Mississippi Code Section 7-3-7 to require the Secretary of State's official seal to include the phrase "In God We Trust" at the bottom of the seal.

The seal remains circular with an eagle in the center and the words "Secretary of State-State of Mississippi" around the margin.

Existing stationery and supplies bearing the old seal design may continue to be used until depleted, and existing seals on public buildings or property remain in place until replacement due to normal wear.

Changes take effect immediately upon passage of the bill.
