Amends Section 79-11-507 of Mississippi Code to allow nonprofit free medical clinics receiving less than $1,000,000 in annual contributions to file a reviewed financial statement instead of a full audit with the Secretary of State.

Free medical clinics meeting the contribution threshold and operating with unpaid fund-raising personnel must file a reviewed financial statement along with registration renewals covering the most recently completed fiscal year.

Reviewed financial statement must include gross receipts from contributions, use of proceeds, and be signed by the organization's president or authorized officer certifying accuracy under penalties of perjury.

Reviewed financial statement must be accompanied by all forms required to be filed with the United States Internal Revenue Service.

Effective date is July 1, 2020.
