Amends Mississippi Code to revise the definition of "alternative nicotine product" to include electronic cigarettes and any product containing nicotine that can be ingested by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, inhaling, or other means.

Prohibits persons under 18 years of age from purchasing alternative nicotine products and prohibits students at any school level from possessing these products on educational property.

Increases penalties for selling alternative nicotine products to minors: $50 for first offense, $75 for second offense, and $100 or up to 10 days in jail for third or subsequent offenses.

Requires sellers to verify age 18+ through government-issued photo identification for in-person sales or third-party age verification service for online sales.

Allows courts to order minors found in possession of alternative nicotine products while violating other statutes to perform up to 3 hours of community service, with violations not recorded on criminal history and records expunged upon compliance.
