Designates a portion of Old Highway 15/South Jackson Street in Houston, Mississippi as the "Mississippi Supreme Court Chief Justice Armis Hawkins Memorial Highway"

The designated portion begins at the intersection with Mississippi Highway 389 and extends northward to the intersection with Mississippi Highway 8

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the designated highway section

Takes effect upon passage
