Extends the repeal date for the annual audit deadline requirement for the Mississippi Boll Weevil Management Corporation from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2024.

Requires the corporation to provide an annual audit of its accounts performed by a certified public accountant no later than November 15 for the preceding calendar year.

Maintains existing provisions allowing cotton growers to be assessed up to $1.00 per acre for data collection and up to $12.00 per acre for boll weevil management programs through statewide referenda requiring 20% voter participation and majority approval.

Establishes that assessment revenues are deposited into the Mississippi Boll Weevil Management Corporation Trust Fund within the State Treasury and remain inviolate, with unexpended amounts and interest diverted to the corporation.

Provides that unused program funds be transferred to the Boll Weevil Management Fund for use in case of future boll weevil outbreaks in the state.
