Authorizes and directs the State Department of Education to implement a mandatory K-12 computer science curriculum based on Mississippi College- and Career-Readiness Standards beginning with the 2021-2022 school year.

Requires public schools to offer computer science instruction in grades K-12 covering computational thinking, programming, cyber security, data science, robotics, and related content, with grade-appropriate options including digital citizenship at elementary level and industry certifications/dual-credit pathways at high school level.

Mandates computer science courses in grades 9-12 beginning in 2021-2022, with expansion to all K-12 schools by 2022-2023.

Directs the State Department of Education to provide annual teacher, counselor, and administrator training in partnership with Mississippi State University's Center for Cyber Education, with authorization to contract with private and nonprofit providers and utilize free resources.

Authorizes the State Board of Education to promulgate rules and regulations to implement the curriculum, effective July 1, 2020.
