• Authorizes distinctive motor vehicle license tags for Cold War veterans, injured first responders, and attorneys, with a $30 annual fee; generates revenue distributed to veterans affairs, burn care fund, highway fund, and other designated programs.

• Creates new distinctive license tag categories for veterans, including Iraq/Afghanistan veterans, Bronze Star recipients, Vietnam Service Ribbon recipients, Navy and Marine Corps Medal recipients, and combat veterans; establishes Gold Star plates for families of service members killed in active duty with tax exemptions for mother and spouse.

• Authorizes distinctive tags for supporters of various organizations and schools (Robotics Alliance, Tupelo Children's Mansion, Excel By 5, Camp Sunshine, EV Mississippi, Mississippi Lupus Foundation, and numerous high schools) with $30 annual fees distributed to beneficiary organizations.

• Allows distinctive motorcycle tags for Omega Psi Phi members and MoToSteps supporters; permits boat trailer and utility trailer tags for NRA supporters and Mississippi State Parks supporters.

• Permits Grand Lodge Masons with disabilities to receive special disability decals on their license tags; reauthorizes and consolidates existing distinctive tag programs while establishing a July 1, 2023 deadline for organizations to meet purchase requirements.
