Amends Section 67-1-18, Mississippi Code of 1972, to modify procedures for disposing of seized alcoholic beverages, beer, light wine, and raw materials.

Requires the Department of Revenue to provide reasonable notice and opportunity for interested parties to claim seized property before disposal, except in cases involving convictions.

Exempts seized alcohol from the notice and hearing requirement if the owner or possessor is convicted of selling or possessing alcoholic beverages in a prohibited manner or location.

Allows the Department of Revenue to dispose of seized alcohol in any manner it prescribes when a conviction occurs, or to sell it to the highest bidder or place it in state inventory for sale to authorized retailers.

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
