Increases maximum loan amount for agribusiness and greenhouse production horticulture enterprises from $200,000 to $250,000 under subsection (3)(b) and (3)(c) of Section 69-2-13.

Raises maximum aggregate loan amount for any single agribusiness from $400,000 to $500,000 under subsection (3)(d) of Section 69-2-13.

Increases total bond issuance authorization for the Emerging Crops Fund from $109,000,000 to $114,000,000 under Section 69-2-19(1).

Extends the deadline for issuing bonds under the program from October 1, 2019 to October 1, 2023 under Section 69-2-19(2).

Takes effect July 1, 2020.
