Increases the hourly rate the State Auditor may charge for performing audits and other services from $35.00 to $50.00 per man-hour, effective July 1, 2020.

Applies the increased rate to audits of local government entities, school districts, junior college districts, and other agencies that receive state tax revenues or grants, with costs paid by the audited entity.

Clarifies that independent specialist firms contracted by the State Auditor shall be paid by the audited entity as determined by the State Auditor.

Makes conforming changes to Section 7-7-211 to reference the audit fee structure in Section 7-7-213.
