Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-11-65 to allow child support to continue past the age of majority for children with disabilities that existed during their minority.

Court may order continued support for a child with a disability that prevents independent living, unless the child is a long-term patient in a state-owned or operated facility.

Court retains authority to make, modify, or maintain orders regarding custody, visitation, medical expenses, and other matters related to the health and welfare of the disabled child.

Presumption of emancipation may be overcome by evidence that an adult child is incapable of self-support due to a physical or mental disability that existed before adulthood.
