Allows motorcycle operators to proceed through red lights at vehicle-actuated traffic signals if the motorcycle cannot trigger the sensor to change the light to green.

Requires motorcycles to come to a complete stop before proceeding and wait a minimum of three (3) minutes at the red light.

Permits the proceeding only if no other vehicles with the right-of-way are at, traveling through, or approaching the intersection.

Requires no pedestrians to be attempting to cross at or near the intersection.

Provides this as an affirmative defense to citations for violating red light traffic signals, effective July 1, 2020.
